Taj City Centre Gurugram

We had a wonderful stay at Taj... especially at the Restaurants..Special mention to Roshni from the Thai restaurant who really took care of us and was very sweet. We ate at Culina 44 almost everyday and the staff there became like family - we would like to mention the following people who took good care of us and made us feel welcome and special, Pritesh, Sahil, Rafat, Ravi, Vahsy, Indrajeet, Amit, Hamza, the assitant managers Pankaj, Jagdish, Pravesh, chef Vishal, Sumit. They represent the values of Taj in the true sense.Special thanks to Sadaf atbthe front desk.

Impeccable The impeccable service truly elevated the entire dining experience. The superb food was a delight to the senses, each dish prepared with evident care. Great hospitality created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every detail contributed to a memorable occasion. We look forward to returning soon. Firstly, I want to commend the staff for their exceptional hospitality and professionalism throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, every member of your team was attentive, courteous, and eager to assist. It truly enhanced the overall experience and made me feel welcomed. The accommodations provided were comfortable and well-maintained. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Regarding dining options, I thoroughly enjoyed the variety and quality of food served at the hotel's restaurants. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide selection of dishes to cater to different tastes. However, I did encounter some delays in service during peak hours, especially at the on-site restaurant. Streamlining operations during busy periods could help alleviate wait times and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Amazing staff, everyone was extremely polite, caring and helpful, from the restaurant, to reception, care takers, luggage handlers, cleaners. The hotel is very clean and calm, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are well designed. and catered for an enjoyable stay. The breakfast is excellent and varied. The dinner buffet was also varied and tasty. An excellent place to stay not far from the Indira Ghandhi International Airport. Perfect if one wants to avoid going into Delhi. I will definitely keep it in mind for my next visit to India.
