Firstly, I want to commend the staff for their exceptional hospitality and professionalism throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, every member of your team was attentive, courteous, and eager to assist. It truly enhanced the overall experience and made me feel welcomed. The accommodations provided were comfortable and well-maintained. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Regarding dining options, I thoroughly enjoyed the variety and quality of food served at the hotel's restaurants. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide selection of dishes to cater to different tastes. However, I did encounter some delays in service during peak hours, especially at the on-site restaurant. Streamlining operations during busy periods could help alleviate wait times and improve overall customer satisfaction.

The stay was amazing. Bathroom was amazing, luxury bath amenities were there. Although, there were a few areas of improvement. Restaurant staff can be a bit more proactive. The breakfast spread was also a little small when compared to other 5 stars.

Amazing staff, everyone was extremely polite, caring and helpful, from the restaurant, to reception, care takers, luggage handlers, cleaners. The hotel is very clean and calm, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are well designed. and catered for an enjoyable stay. The breakfast is excellent and varied. The dinner buffet was also varied and tasty. An excellent place to stay not far from the Indira Ghandhi International Airport. Perfect if one wants to avoid going into Delhi. I will definitely keep it in mind for my next visit to India.

A very nice and amazing stay. Top-notch service, excellent breakfast, and convenient location. We live outside India so not used to any level of pampering. Having reached the property late at night after a super long flight, we felt everything was in place, check-in was super convenient, and as per my instruction, an entire crate of mineral water was kept in my room before I even entered the room. Room service was amazing with loads of options even at 3.00 am in the morning. We were awestruck by the level of politeness and service. I would say my experience at this property absolutely was - Top Notch!

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. Facilities, staff, room, views, service, concierge. Absolutely everything. They looked after us for 5 nights and the service got better the longer we stayed. All staff at the Culina 44 restaurant were excellent, but Prashant, Kailash and Alok were exceptional! Kailash even remember that I had ordered a specific bread 2 nights back (lachha paratha) and ordered it for me. The concierge service who arranged a sightseeing tour of Delhi and gave us other advice were also excellent.

As usual, it was the Taj experience. This was our 3rd stay over the last 2 years. Also visited during height of pandemic. So obviously, the property was a bit crowded than before. Breakfast area was almost full throughout the 8 days we stayed. Breakfast quality was good but found a bit repetitive this time. The live kitchen and egg station staff tried their best but at times forgot to serve the order, which wasn't the case during last 2 visits. Probably finding difficulty in coping with incremental pressure of guests. But still, this needs to be fixed to always stay at the top. Rooms were great, but few light bulbs were not functioning. Need to look into detail. Bathroom amenities were not properly replenished, however, during evening room make up, these were fixed upon being requested. Still, despite of slightly under par delivery than Taj expectation, we had a great stay. My wife and son enjoyed it. Hope we can see dramatic improvements again as a regular customer. All the best.

The hotel is located 5min walk from Millenium metro station in a quiet neighborhood and lots of taxis are available. The room was spacious and had a good view over the pool. I liked the interior and modern amenities. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and the staff was exceptional from check-in to checkout. Really amazing stay.

Hospitality of staff is amazing. Every person from porters and room cleaners to concierge and managers gives 100 percent effort into making guests satisfied. I hardly remember seeing so perfectly trained and motivated employees in any hotel before! Thanks them all. Well, the hotel is a luxury one, lobby is grandeous, rooms spotlessly clean, quiet. Large in size they have maximised windows offering perfect views of Delhi. Cuisine is nice but the choice could be a bit wider at some points. What is excellent is several ready to cook on the spot chefs (live counters) that make meal according to your wish in a minute. Metro line operating most of Delhi's attractions (yellow line 2) is just 5 min. walk. There is a high quality hospital with lobby pharmacy right next to the hotel. Staying in Taj Gurugram was very relaxing and comfortable.

- Great 'turned' around check-in experience - when I arrived at the property around 3 pm, my room was not ready, and I was in a hurry. However, a lady at the front desk (Akruti?) turned it around by getting me seated at the restaurant and offering me a cup of tea. Meanwhile, she got my room sorted, baggage up to my room, etc. - Breakfast was a nice spread and was reasonably priced though was surprised it was not included in my room price. - The location is terrific for a business traveller, but next to a new underpass, you must watch out for directions.

WE ORDERED IN , FOOD WAS GOOD QUALITY. quantities ARE ALSO GOOD , FEELSLIEK WE AREIN 5 STARTW TIH SIDES, SALDS ETC. HOWEVER, THE TIME FOR SERVICE CAN BE IMPROVED. WAS BETTER THAN BEFORE.
